Holy Spirit, who’s He?
Studies are going at a very fast rate at the moment and the only thing in our minds is our subjects and what we’re going to do to pass them. Let’s take a moment and really understand what exactly is happening this weekend. Pentecost. I’m sure you’re all aware of what happened all those years ago when the Holy Spirit descended onto the apostles and sent them out to evangelise. This really gives hope to Christians as we carry that same Holy Spirit in our hearts and we have the power to do the same things they did through Christ Jesus, our Saviour.
I just wanted to leave you with some scriptures about what the Holy Spirit is really there for;
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. - Galatians 5:22-25
Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba,Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir. - Galatians 4:6-7
“All this I have spoken while still with you.But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. - John 14:25-16

“This really gives hope to Christians as we carry that same Holy Spirit in our hearts and we have the power to do the same things they did through Christ Jesus, our Saviour.”
So true guys…I pray that we will all realise the great privilige of being temples of the Holy Spirit. Ever stopped to think what it means to be a temple carrying within, the Spirit of God?…
